Dawna's Jerky
I have been making the jerky for over 20 yrs, in Ziplock bags giving it to my husband to sell at work. We bought a cheesecake place in Corpus Christi that had a kitchen so we could get the jerky started, my husband got the bags made and we started selling at the trade center and markets.
We recently moved to North Texas (2 yrs ago) to be closer to family. We now have a store where we manufacture and have a little store in Lake Worth, TX. We do markets etc about every weekend.

Ginger Boys
Ginger Boy’s was an idea floating around at happy hour. It was a volley back and forth between two friends and it was unlikely to ever materialize into something real, but the seed was planted in 2019. Jordan and Joel are both from the South, are both sons of Baptist ministers and both grew up with grandmothers who had pantries bursting with home canned goods. Nostalgia was the driving force behind the idea of starting a business making jams and pickles, but these two friends both already had more than one job and neither knew exactly when they’d find the time to make it happen. Then came the pandemic, and time came with it. It began with a few kinds of jams and progressed to a pickle and then a salsa. By April of 2020, Ginger Boy’s were dropping off goods on front porches all over Denton, and by the end of the year were setting up at any local market they could.
Five years later, Ginger Boy’s are a mainstay at the Denton Community Market, sell a number of goods out of Aura Coffee and have an inventory that has grown into hundreds of varieties of preserved foods. Both Jordan and Joel came to Denton initially to attend UNT decades ago, and are happy to say they never left and proud to say that Ginger Boy’s is a Denton homegrown business. Beyond that, canning has become a passion for both and has only strengthened their connections with generations past.

Little Fluer Farm
As long as I can remember, my grandmother had the most beautiful edible garden with apricots, plums, blackberries, and strawberries mixed in amongst her roses, camellias, birds of paradise, and geraniums. Growing up in Keller, TX, I was given free reign over our family vegetable patch. I soon surrounded it with a flower bed complete with climbing roses and a corner herb garden. Not long after I left for college, the family moved to Argyle and began collecting bearded iris.
The idea to hatch The Little Fleur Farm began in 2020 when the fall division of the bearded iris yielded over a thousand rhizomes! The property already had extensive flower beds, a large vegetable garden, and a small orchard. In 2021, we added several large growing plots for annuals before officially launching the farm in March 2021. We have far more than this introduction allows us to describe.

Monte Bello Coffee
Monte Bello Coffee is a family-owned business rooted in a legacy of coffee roasting that dates to the 1940s in Bolivia, South America. Originally known as Café Royal, our family’s passion for great coffee has been passed down through generations. T
Today, my brother Nicolás and I, have revived that tradition here in Texas with Monte Bello Coffee. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional quality coffee at an affordable price. With that goal in mind, we traveled to Houston, Texas, one of the major ports of entry for coffee in the U.S., to discover the ideal blend. After a careful selection, we found our signature mix which is a rich combination of Colombian and Brazilian beans.
We currently offer a small selection of products that include 12 oz bags of freshly roasted coffee available as whole beans or ground. Our roasts include Light, Medium, and Dark, in both regular and decaffeinated varieties. The price for a single bag of regular coffee is $9.99 (Light, Medium, and Dark roast). The Decaf bag costs $11.99.
In addition, we produce 12 single-serve boxes of K-Cups, each containing ground coffee suitable for brewing 6 to 12 oz cups. These are also available in Light, Medium, Dark, and Decaf roasts. The price for a single box of regular coffee is $9.99 (Light, Medium, and Dark roast). The Decaf box costs $11.99.
We are happy to take pre-orders.

We are a husband-and-wife duo, Brad and Tiffany Heitman (Mr. and Mrs. O-Face). We are an artisan manufacturer of Seasonings and Snacks, offering explosive Flavors for all palettes, food types, heat levels, and dietary concerns.
In 2020, the pandemic provided an opportunity to turn a backyard BBQ passion into a business. We got to work adapting our tried-and-true recipes and developing brand new spice mixes with a focus on unique Flavors and clean ingredients.
Initially called O-Face BBQ, we started selling our products in early 2021. As the product line grew beyond a BBQ-centric offering, we rebranded to O-Face Flavors and expanded our offering to include our crowd-pleasing, seasoned nuts.

Sapling Farms
Our Beginning
I’m Selvi and in 2017, I founded Sapling Farms with the mission to grow produce using organic principles. While the journey has not been easy, I continue to learn and incorporate better farming practices, not just for our own health but also the earth’s. I now grow a wide variety of crops year-round, including many of the nutritious Indian greens and gourds I grew up with, and offer them for sale at various farmers markets in the DFW metroplex. For veggie lovers, we even offer a weekly, customizable CSA box, where members get first-pick from our harvest. Farming and bringing my produce to the community has been an amazing experience, and I would like to thank you all for welcoming Sapling Farms with open arms. My family and I enjoy getting to know our customers and inspiring healthy, whole, and abundant living. If you haven’t had a chance to stop by our stall, come visit us soon! We look forward to serving you and having all the veggie lovers out there join our CSA.

Veteran's Liberty Ranch
Michelle & Julie met over a cattle deal several years ago. As the friendship grew, so did the plans to begin a small ranching operation together. We share common values and work ethic, so forging a business partnership to promote healthy beef came naturally. Many of our first customers will remember meeting us in the parking lot of local businesses to pick up their beef. From the occasional cow being processed and offered by word of mouth to today…. where we now offer an online store, multiple trailers filled with freezers of meat ready to deliver and weekly farmer markets. Our loyal customers are the reason we are motivated to continue expanding our ethically raised product line for your family.

Wells Berry Farm
Our orchard is more than just a family farm, it's a living piece of Texas history. Located in East Texas, our land has been in the family for generations. It was originally granted by Texas to one of our ancestors for his service during the Battle of the Alamo, and ever since, our family has continued to live on and work that same ground.
Today, we’re proud to carry on the tradition with care and purpose. We grow a seasonal selection of fruit including sun-ripened peaches, plums, sweet blackberries, and juicy blueberries — all picked by hand and delivered fresh to local markets.
We don’t use shortcuts. Every piece of fruit is grown with attention to the soil, sun, and seasons. We believe that when you start with healthy land and treat it with respect, it gives back in every harvest.
As first-time market vendors, we’re excited to bring our produce to new customers who value flavor, freshness, and family roots. Our orchard is a symbol of resilience and pride, and we’re honored to share the fruit of that legacy with you.
